Utah Pro Clean – Terms & Conditions for Cleaning Plans

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the subscription cleaning services (“Plans”) provided by Utah Pro Clean (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to the customer (“Client,” “you,” or “your”). By enrolling in a subscription plan, you agree to the following:

1. Service Plans

  • Plans are available on a Monthly basis.

  • Each subscription includes the agreed number of 1 visit per month.

  • Services included: vacuuming & mopping floors, bathroom cleaning & sanitizing, kitchen counters & stovetop cleaning, exterior of appliances, trash removal.

2. First Cleaning (Deep Clean Requirement)

  • All new plans begin with a mandatory Deep Clean charged separately at a discounted rate.

  • This ensures your home is brought up to Utah Pro Clean’s cleaning standards for ongoing maintenance.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • Pricing is based on home size (number of bedrooms/bathrooms).

  • Payments are due monthly in advance and billed on the same day each month.

  • Accepted payment methods: debit/credit card, ACH, or other approved methods.

  • Late payments may result in suspension or cancellation of services.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Subscription plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.

  • Clients may reschedule a cleaning with at least 48 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations of service must be made within 48 hours notice.

5. Access to Property

  • Client must provide safe and reasonable access to the property on scheduled service days (keys, lockbox, or client present).

  • If our team cannot access the property, a lockout fee of $75 may apply.

6. Safety & Limitations

  • Our staff will not move heavy furniture, lift items over 25 lbs, or clean hazardous areas.

  • We do not clean mold, biohazards, pest infestations, or perform services requiring specialized equipment unless agreed in writing.

  • Valuables should be put away; the Company is not responsible for misplaced personal items.

7. Loyalty Rewards

  • After 6 months on any plan: Client receives 1 free carpet cleaning service.

  • After 12 months on any plan: Client receives 1 free power wash service (driveway, patio, or exterior surface, up to $250 value).

  • Rewards must be claimed within 60 days of eligibility.

  • Rewards are non-transferable and have no cash value.

8. Add-On Services

  • Additional services (deep clean, carpet cleaning, window washing, power washing, etc.) may be booked at a discounted member rate.

9. Liability & Insurance

  • Utah Pro Clean is licensed and insured.

  • We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or items improperly installed.

  • Any claims of damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

10. Termination of Services

  • We reserve the right to terminate services if:

    • Unsafe or unsanitary conditions exist,

    • Client engages in inappropriate behavior,

    • Repeated late payments or cancellations occur.

11. Changes to Terms

  • Utah Pro Clean may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes.
